The architectural office of Degelo Architects won the competition to build the Freiburg University Library (Germany) and asked me to create the lettering of the facade. Their idea is based on the old library’s shape. However, they have modified the silhouette by cutting out lots of corners. This lead to a very modern construction.

In accordance with their plans, I designed a lettering.
